2. Yoga for prostrate & pelvic health (17th October 2024)

In this workshop learn how yoga can help alleviate discomfort, reduce inflammation, and support reproductive and urinary system health.

3. Pranayama – When, how & how much (24th October 2024)

From stress reduction to improved respiratory health, students will learn how to incorporate SAFE & EFFECTIVE pranayama into daily routine for physical & mental WELLBEING.

5. Runners Edition (14th November 2024)

10. Young mothers edition (19th December 2024)

This workshop offers yoga practices that help busy moms carve out time for self-care, focusing on poses that restore energy, reduce stress & strengthen the body With an emphasis on relaxation & recovery too. we’re here to support mothers in making time for their own well-being amidst the demands of motherhood.
