Gentle Yoga Batch Magarpatta – Tuesday & Thursday 7.00 to 7.45am (IST)


This class takes place every Tuesday & Thursday 7.00am IST. This course is designed for seniors, absolute beginners & anyone recovering from minor injuries. This course is also suitable for lifestyle & stress management. The syllabus covers a comprenhesive list of Yogasanas designed for Gentle Yoga practice based on the Shriyog seasons calendar spread over 12 months. These Yogasanas are practiced repetetively month on month to develop the body and mind for next level of practice (beginner level). One can do this course anywhere from 4 to 12 months
