Women’s Health Batch Magarpatta – Every Thursday 9.45 to 11am (IST)


This class takes place on Tuesday at 9.45am IST. Focus is on the woman’s organic body and solutions to common ailments faced by women at different stages of life. Diet, Ayurveda and lifestyle advice specific to women’s health are naturally embedded in class practice. Asanas for mensuration, menopause and related organic health are periodically covered in the syllabus based on the Shriyog seasons calendar spread over 12 months.
