General dos & don’ts
• Join 10 minutes before class starts.
• Keep the videos on at all times and keep the audio off throughout the session.
• Place the camera appropriately, so that you are visible to the teacher at all times.
• Keep an empty stomach. At least 3 hours must have elapsed before Yogasana practice.
• Listen to the instructions in class carefully for a safe and effective practice. You are responsible for your own safety.
Morning Classes are held three times in a week on Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 6.15 am.
Evening Classes are held three times in a week on Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 6.30 pm.
Each class focuses on different aspects of Shriyog Iyengar Yoga practice with Asanas and Pranayama. Intensity level is medium to high. New students and Beginners will take aywhere from 2 to 6 classes to adjust and practice according to instructions.
