We are just yoga instructors because we don’t really know what exactly is yoga. The experience, the vibration, the light of Yog is different for each one of us.
All of us need to embark on our own journey, explore different paths and arrive at our own reality of yoga. However, if we have been following others blindly, we may not be able to recognise it as we are too caught up in their experiences.
We have to teach as mere instructors; maintaining the piety and purity of our institute is our dharma and teaching honestly is our karma. Holding onto Guruji’s systems and techniques is an easy way out. We are teaching what he experienced and expressed, and I, personally, choose to be loyal in that.
My yoga is my exploration by me and for me to explore the truth and happiness within. And so it should be for each and everyone. Therefore, I teach as a mere instructor.
