Hitesh is a Level 4 Yoga Master (Yoga Certification Board, India) and an E-RYT 500 (Experienced Registered Yoga teacher) with over 12 years of experience in Yoga practice and teaching. As a senior teacher at Shriyog for over a decade, he has guided students from all walks of life on their journey in Yoga and well-being. His path to yoga was shaped by introspection and a desire for true fulfillment. After studying at Macquarie University, Australia he realized that education, when pursued only for a degree, lacked real meaning. This led him to leave behind his family business and dedicate himself fully to Yoga & wellness.
His journey of self-exploration was not limited only to the mat. Through Sadhana, Diets, Medicines, Exposure to traditions, and Close interactions with people from all walks of life, he pursued to understand the human experience in its entirety. These experiences have shaped and reshaped his perspective on life, living, consciousness and well-being.
